The Greatest Show on Earth
The Super Bowl is the pinnacle of the NFL season and is without question the biggest annual sporting event in the world.
Fans will literally do anything to grab a ticket, while pre-game and half-time shows are worth the admission price alone as the leading music acts from around the world queue up to perform for nothing at the Super Bowl, putting to shame the marching bands that graced so many F.A. Cup Finals at Wembley Stadium over the years.

The likes of U2, Michael Jackson, Gloria Estefan, James Brown, Aerosmith and Shania Twain have all performed during Super Bowl half-time shows as the worlds of sport and entertainment come together in a thrilling extravaganza.
While the United States grinds to a halt on Super Sunday, the Americans are joined by more than 800 million fans tuning into the game from 182 countries around the world.
The Super Bowl was first screened live in the United Kingdom in January 1983 as the Washington Redskins recorded a 27–17 victory over the Miami Dolphins. Super Bowl XLII – which is being played in Glendale, Arizona at the University of Phoenix Stadium, home to the Arizona Cardinals, on Sunday February 3, 2008 – will be the 26th Super Bowl in a row to be aired live in the UK.
